Hi, my names Jess and I am a full time mum to a toddler and a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I've come from a nursing and care background so have a vast knowledge on the body and conditions, which has enabled me to support my clients further.
I have a big interest in the links between fitness and good mental health, and believe supporting someone holistically is the best way to obtain their goals.
I changed my passion into a career to help show people how fitness can change your thought process as well as changing your physical body.
I love to teach and train people, and really love my job at Oliver Joseph Fitness, the client and staff are really friendly.
